Permanent Tenants may use the Historical Room or Meadows Room free of charge when available.
Organizations who donate $2,500 or more annually, may use use the meeting rooms free of charge when available.
RENTAL RATES
HOURLY RATES:
Meadows Auditorium:
$150 for the first hour and $50 per hour thereafter
Yard or Gazebo
$100 per hour
DAILY RATES:
Meadows Auditorium
$500 for the entire day
Yard and Gazebo
$500 for the entire day
BOTH the Meadows Auditorium AND the Yard and Gazebo
$750 for the entire day.
SETUP/CLEANUP/TEAR-DOWN
Renters are responsible for setup, tear-down and cleanup OR
We will setup and tear-down tables and chairs for $100
Cleanup and remove all trash for additional $100
We accept cash or check only.
